LABOR MARKET ADMINISTRATION The Labor Market Administration has a broad area of responsibility, including individual and family care, labor market interventions, adult education, and integration. Fundamental principles of our work are a holistic approach and the individual's participation and responsibility. Our various support measures, care interventions, and treatment efforts all aim to strengthen the ability to change and become independent. The Labor Market Administration consists of five units: children and family, support and treatment, adult services, reception and guidance, and quality and operational support. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to work with families and make a real difference in children's and young people's lives? We are now seeking an engaged family therapist for our family team in the support and treatment unit. As a family therapist with us, you will work with open care interventions, such as family therapy, advice and support for families with children and youth, as well as group activities for both children and parents. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Social work degree or other relevant higher education that the employer deems equivalent • At least 2 years of professional experience in social work with families • B driver's license It is meritorious if you have: • Advanced training in Functional Family Therapy (FFT) or another system-theoretical method • Training in Signs of Safety Personal Characteristics We are seeking someone who thrives in meeting people and can create security, trust, and good relationships, both internally and externally.
