Field Sales Representative at Polaria AB
Are you looking for a role where you can combine sales, education, and relationship building? Polaria AB is now seeking an engaged and business-driven field sales representative who wants to help develop our presence among wholesalers and prescribing channels.
About the Role
As a field sales representative at Polaria AB, you will play a key role in developing sales of our products primarily through wholesaler collaboration. Your task will be to support customers with the right tools for success – through training, sales-driving activities, and ongoing follow-up.
The work involves, among other things:
• Processing wholesalers and building strong, long-term relationships.
• Training customer personnel to increase their knowledge and engagement.
• Creating forecasts and analyzing sales data.
• Supporting customers in their sales efforts.
• Actively working with prescribing channels such as consultants, architects, and end customers – with a primary focus on the wholesale level.
Who Are You?
We believe that you:
• Have experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, kitchen, installation, or plumbing.
• Are communicative and experienced in giving presentations or training.
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team.
• Have a structured approach and ability to analyze and follow up results.
• Have a driver's license and ability to travel within your district.
• Speak Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing.
• Experienced in using digital tools to report and facilitate sales work.
