If this sounds interesting, you would be a great fit for our team! **Responsibilities** • Serve as the primary contact for the network in Sweden and for external financing partners regarding finance-related issues. • Drive discussions around customer transactions and billing processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling. • Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for internal finance-related inquiries. • Support the business during system changes and continuous improvement initiatives. • Build, manage, and develop processes for case and deviation management, from initiation to follow-up. • Provide qualified back-office support to ensure smooth administrative flows. **Are you the one we are looking for?** We are seeking a solution-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, a high level of service, and the capability to work systematically even under time pressure. You thrive in an international organization with many points of contact and have an eye for detail and quality. You are accustomed to taking responsibility and driving matters to completion with a high level of service and a sense of delivery. • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance and the automotive industry. • Experience from international organizations is highly desirable. • Post-secondary education at the bachelor's level in finance/economics, or equivalent experience. • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. **We offer:** The position is a permanent employment with MSX with a 6-month probationary period. MSX has a collective agreement and offers wellness benefits. The location is in Kista. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Some travel may be required.
