CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated real estate and facilities management services. We are recruiting a Facilities Manager to join our team. This role is a one-year temporary position starting in January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to join a global client team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and develop strong relationships with employees and our clients.
* Business develop the service delivery.
* Seek opportunities to improve services and deliver them optimally.
* Identify and deliver innovations.
* Conduct financial reporting and business analysis.
* Manage third-party supplier contracts in line with the client's service delivery expectations.
* Ensure quality and safety in accordance with legal regulations and our SLA (Service Level Agreement) contracted with the client.
* Develop a good understanding of current legislation in environmental, safety, and quality-related matters.
We are looking for someone who is/has:
* Positive and curious about learning new things.
* The ability to create long-term, trust-based relationships.
* The ability to work independently and feels comfortable making decisions.
* Experience in leading, engaging, and developing employees, preferably with experience in remote leadership.
* Good commercial understanding, with financial skills, including understanding of SLAs and KPIs as well as contract management.
* Industry experience from industrial, production, or hard services within facilities management.
* Responsible, with good organizational skills, takes initiative, and is effective at completing tasks.
* Resilient under stress, good at prioritizing, and solution-oriented with strong conflict management skills.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
* Computer literacy, accustomed to working with various data systems including Microsoft Office.
