**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the resources and development of the operations, where you will drive and coordinate work within production, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Together with your team, you will have full responsibility for ongoing delivery commitments and will also actively work on production development to ensure efficient workflows and a future-competitive operation. This role includes responsibility for approximately 40 engaged employees.
Furthermore, finance is a central part of the role, where you will monitor costs, work on investment plans, and have profit and loss responsibility for the factory. The work is characterized by continuous improvements, where you will continuously analyze the operations from an economic and production-efficient perspective and initiate necessary changes and improvements.
In the long term, there is also the opportunity for the right person to take on expanded strategic responsibilities related to the factory's and business's long-term development.
**Profile**
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in understanding the interaction between products, processes, and people. Ideally, you have a technical education, preferably as an engineer, but your ability to analyze and take a helicopter view is equally important. You are a confident and experienced leader with a background in the manufacturing industry, where knowledge of CNC, welding, metallurgy, and hardening processes is highly advantageous. Your leadership style is characterized by a coaching and supportive approach with good communication skills.
You are an experienced user of ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
