Your responsibilities with us
As the factory manager, you will be responsible for the daily planning, management, and operation of production. Together with your team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the production capacity of the factory. You should continuously improve and optimize production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Other line-related tasks may also arise. The factory manager has personnel responsibility for 40 employees and is part of the management team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Who are you?
We seek someone with a relevant educational background and experience in the manufacturing industry in a managerial position. You are present and trustworthy in your leadership, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals. You are unpretentious and action-oriented, engaging and showing the way when needed. You are structured, systematic, and possess significant technical knowledge. We place great importance on your personal qualities and your leadership skills.

Norrlands Trähus designs, manufactures, and delivers complete wood and house frames such as exterior walls, load-bearing interior walls, floors, roofs, and infill elements.
