You are warmly welcome to become one of us. **JOB DESCRIPTION** As a financial administrator, you will work closely with managers on financial follow-ups, analyses, and processes to achieve financial goals. You will play a central role in the budgeting process and, together with others, be responsible for preparing materials for interim reports, annual accounts, and service memos. In this role, you will primarily support the operations within the social services department with financial analyses, follow-ups, and forecasts. You will be involved in the management team of the department and work closely with managers to assist them in ongoing financial management. Your responsibilities will also include delivering presentations to the committee, coordinating the social committee's budget process, and contributing to the municipality's overall budget work. Additionally, you will participate in various development and change projects within the municipality and the department. **QUALIFICATIONS** We expect applicants to have: - A university degree in finance or another relevant education combined with work experience deemed relevant by the employer. It is advantageous if you have: - Work experience in finance within a politically governed organization, particularly in municipal operations. - Experience in financial work within social services or healthcare and welfare operations. - Worked in a customer-oriented manner and supported operations with forecasts, analyses, and follow-ups. **Personal Competence** To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you are a structured and meticulous person with strong analytical skills.
