**About the Role**
In this position, you will be part of a management team consisting of three individuals responsible for the leadership and development of operational support. The team works closely together and is built on a culture of trust and collaboration, where interaction is a key factor for success. As the Head of Administration, you will have a central and multifaceted role where you lead the shared operational support and contribute to the overall work of the university. You will be responsible for both staff and operations and will be part of the management council along with the rector and other key functions. The role involves coordinating, developing, and ensuring qualified administrative support for education, research, and collaboration.
Operational support includes functions such as finance, student administration, IT and digitalization, internationalization, as well as facilities and infrastructure. You will play an important role in creating clarity, good collaboration, and common working methods between these areas, ensuring that the support contributes to the overall goals of the organization.

* Solid experience in qualified administrative work within the higher education sector

* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and good proficiency in English
* Experience in driving the development of processes, methods, and systems
