About this role

Are you an engaged and experienced leisure teacher with a strong interest in pedagogical development? Do you want to help shape a meaningful school day for our students? Bladins Primary School is now seeking a lead teacher in leisure education who is willing to take a leading role in further developing the program together with the school management and colleagues. You will be part of the school's pedagogical leadership and work closely with both school management and teams. You will: • Implement scientifically grounded methods and approaches • Lead collaborative processes and mentor colleagues in pedagogical work • Drive development initiatives based on the school's goals and the purpose of the leisure program according to Lgr22 • Contribute to creating a cohesive school day with increased alignment between school and leisure education • Plan and conduct professional development initiatives within the faculty • Actively work with systematic quality assurance focusing on learning environments and safety • Initiate collaborations and networks, both internally and externally • Apply current research in daily work and contribute to spreading proven experiences The role will be continuously monitored by school management to ensure direction, goal fulfillment, and identify support needs. Qualifications: We are looking for a licensed primary teacher in leisure education with several years of experience working in leisure programs. You have a strong ability to lead pedagogical processes and are accustomed to working systematically towards common goals. It is an advantage if you have: • Previous experience in leading or developmental roles • Worked with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) • Experience mentoring colleagues and leading collaborative learning You have a strong drive, a genuine commitment to student development, and thrive in a role where you can inspire, support, and challenge your colleagues. Approximately 840 students attend Bladins Primary School. Each grade consists of about 84 students divided into three groups. We work closely with students, set clear boundaries, and build trusting relationships with multiple adults. The school is located in central Malmö, at Själlandstorget. About the position: The position is a 100% permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
