We work thematically and focus on developing the preschool's reading and learning environments, including reading aloud and movement. Ytterharnäs Preschool has four departments: Nyckelpigan, Humlan, Fjärilen, and Trollsländan, and we currently work in age-divided groups. You will work in a team where, as a preschool teacher, you have primary responsibility for teaching based on scientific research and proven experience. Your work as a preschool teacher includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of the operations together with colleagues according to established goals and guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree in preschool education and a teaching license to teach in preschool and preschool class. Alternatively, you may be currently enrolled in a preschool teacher program, with graduation expected in January 2026. You should also be well acquainted with the preschool curriculum, systematic quality work, and other governing documents used within preschool operations. Furthermore, good language and communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. Experience with various digital tools is essential, as we place great emphasis on documentation. It is an advantage for this position if you have knowledge and experience working with children in need of special support, as well as experience with AAC and TACC. Experience in thematic work and familiarity with the Unikum system is also beneficial.
