Your Assignment
We are currently seeking a substitute preschool teacher for Mo Preschool.
You will be part of a team in a learning environment with an emphasis on a shared approach. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work in collaboration with your colleagues based on the curriculum's objectives. At Mo Preschool, we focus on children's language and mathematics development as well as social sustainability. We also place great importance on children's influence, participation, and active work on equal treatment.
Description of the Workplace
Mo Preschool is located 14 kilometers from Söderhamn in a typical agricultural area with proximity to forests and lakes. The preschool is adjacent to Mo School, which is advantageous for good collaboration and the use of shared facilities such as the library and gymnasium.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher.
You have a good understanding of how individuals acquire knowledge and the different conditions of people, and you adapt your way of conveying messages to the recipient. You also work well with others by relating to them in a responsive and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and can handle conflicts constructively.
In the role of preschool teacher, you are proactive and initiate and drive activities. You often come up with ideas and new approaches to work-related issues. As a person, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. You can lead, motivate, and empower others to achieve common goals. Furthermore, you create engagement and participation. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
