Our preschool consists of four departments located near both Ramberget and Keillers Park. We plan our teaching with clear goals and base our work on both governing documents and the needs and interests of the children. The learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, are thoughtfully designed to inspire children to explore, participate, and influence their everyday lives. We work closely together throughout the facility, and we are looking for someone who is solution-focused, communicative, and thrives in a team where interaction is a natural part of the day. **Qualifications** We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who can create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can grow at their own pace. You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.
