About the Position We are now seeking a preschool teacher for Ringblommans Preschool in Glanshammar. As a preschool teacher, you will be part of a work team and collaborate with other educators to conduct pedagogical activities. In this position, you will have scheduled reflection time both individually and with your work team. We also have a great collaboration between preschools in the area where we learn and develop together. Example Work Tasks: • Know and follow curriculum, laws, policies, and routines • Lead, organize, plan, implement, and develop instruction • Ensure education is documented, followed up, analyzed, and developed • Use methods and approaches in education based on scientific foundation and proven experience • Work to meet the needs of each child and the group through a democratic working method • Responsible for the content, design, and implementation of development conversations • Work and document in operational systems About the Workplace Ringblommans Preschool is located in Glanshammar, approximately 15 kilometers east of Örebro, with proximity to forest, sports facilities, school, and library. It has five age-homogeneous departments in spacious facilities and several different yards with varied designs for daily outdoor activities. To achieve preschool goals, we expect you to be driven, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a solution-focused approach. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the big picture and adapt to changing circumstances. In your daily work, you are good at listening and communicating and have a good understanding that children learn in different ways and have different conditions. You create good contact with children, parents, and colleagues. Additionally, you must master the Swedish language to communicate with children, relatives, and other staff, and be able to document what the operation requires. As the work includes digital documentation, good computer skills are also required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Requirements: • Certified preschool teacher, or have a qualifying exam that entitles you to certification Meriting: • Experience working in preschool • Training or experience in Guiding Interaction (ICDP) • Supervising teacher training Scope and Commencement Employment Type: Permanent position Employment Degree: 100% Commencement: January 12, 2026, or by agreement Number of Positions: 1 Additional Information Preschool teacher certification must be attached to the application along with a list of qualifications or an examination certificate that entitles you to certification.
