Röinge Preschool consists of three departments: Pärlan and Snäckan, which cater to younger children, and Vågen, which serves older children.
Our large and lush outdoor environment invites play, learning, and exploration. The core values of present educators, safety, participation, and joyful contexts permeate all work at the preschool.
Röinge Preschool adopts a project-based approach, and this academic year we are working under a shared project theme titled "Children's Relationship to a Place." Our focus this year is on developing how we offer children "various creative forms of expression such as art, drama, movement, song, music, and dance" in our teaching.
Here, you will have the opportunity to harness your creativity, be innovative, and create safe environments for our children. The foundation of our operations is children's participation, influence, and joyful learning. We work according to each child's needs and abilities. The area's profile "Aesthetic Learning Processes" is a common thread in our activities. We aim to create sustainable children and employees with a focus on the preschool's core mission. The position is a fixed-term employment from January 7 to June 26, 2026.
Your role with us
As a preschool teacher:
You see the competent child and base your teaching on the child's interests and needs while collaborating with colleagues.
You actively work with pedagogical documentation to follow and develop children's learning processes.
You use digital tools as a natural part of the teaching.
You contribute new ideas, take initiative, and recognize the value of collegial learning.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a licensed preschool teacher and is passionate about children's development and learning.
Is professional in your interactions and creates engagement, responsibility, and joy in meetings with children, guardians, and colleagues.
Is open, creative, and willing to think outside the box to develop the operations.
