Preschool Trädgården is located in central Katrineholm and consists of five departments, divided into 1-3 and 3-5 year age groups. The preschool has a large yard close to the area's primary school, the center, forests, parks, and sports facilities. The preschool operates based on Reggio Emilia inspiration, where process-oriented exploration together with the children is the foundation for their development and learning. This academic year, we are placing significant emphasis on aesthetic and creative learning environments, play and imagination, increased joy of movement, reading aloud, as well as children's mathematical and linguistic development. We welcome your application! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and analyzing exciting and educational teaching together with your work team. You will be responsible for making children's learning and development visible through pedagogical documentation. Together with other colleagues at Trädgården Preschool, you will work towards a good working environment and a holistic perspective with the best interests of the entire preschool in focus. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher with a license. You may be newly graduated or have a few years of experience. Since the work involves communication and documentation, you must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. In the role of preschool teacher, you will have daily contact with guardians, colleagues, and children, which requires your ability to collaborate and relate to those you work with in a responsive and flexible manner. You lead and motivate children and colleagues to effectively achieve common goals. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.
