About this role
We are seeking engaged preschool teachers for the Sävedalen area during spring 2025.
At our preschools, the child is always at the center, and we strive to provide children with a safe, educational, and enjoyable time with us. We work with the motto that secure children explore, play, and learn – together we create a place where children grow!
As a preschool teacher, you will work to create a high-quality education for our children based on relational learning. The preschool is a democratic meeting place that values diversity, listening, and participation. It is a place for collective learning, creating knowledge, culture, and identity. The educator's task is to listen to children's experiences, thoughts, and ideas, and based on this, conduct teaching that focuses on the preschool's goals to further challenge the children.
Our preschool environments are dynamic and adapt to children's interests. Children should have the opportunity to experience enriching encounters and feel that we become better together. Children are met with respect where they are, arriving at the preschool with their own experiences, knowledge, expectations, thoughts, and ideas.
We have established structures for pedagogical development and collegial learning for all educators.
Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you must be a trained and licensed preschool teacher. You need to have a good ability to communicate constructively and attentively with children, colleagues, and guardians. Experience with introductory periods is meritorious. You should be well-versed in the preschool's pedagogical mission.
As a person, you are pedagogical, attentive, and have good collaborative skills. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

In this recruitment, several principals are co-recruiting for different positions across the Sävedalen area. This means you are applying for a preschool teacher position and may be offered placement at one of the following preschools: Kvarnängen, Soldatängen, Kullegården, or Finngösa.
