You are a confident leader and positive role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace. You can plan, implement, document, and analyze activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have excellent Swedish communication skills, both spoken and written, and are comfortable using digital tools at work. Preferred: You are driven by curiosity and the ability to develop inspiring learning environments. Experience with language development work and an interest in literacy, reading, and reading aloud.
