Description
We are seeking a licensed preschool teacher who wants to contribute to the development and make a difference in preschool education in Ljusnarsberg.
As a preschool teacher with us, you will collaborate with your team and colleagues to create a positive and developmental environment for children to learn and grow. In your work, you will help establish a good balance between care and learning for each individual child and the entire child group.
You are inspired by children's curiosity and creativity and understand the importance of both the group and the environment for learning. In consultation with your colleagues, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your approach based on children's needs and interests.
You have strong collaborative skills and easily build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You communicate clearly and attentively, with a warm and welcoming approach.
The team consists of preschool teachers, childcare workers, and other staff who complement and inspire each other.
Responsibilities
Your tasks include working with other educators to be responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of education and teaching in the preschool. This requires being well-versed in preschool policy documents and developing and driving work based on these. Documentation and evaluation of work are a natural part of your role. You will maintain a reflective approach to children's learning and development and to your work.
Working hours include personal pedagogical planning time, weekly reflection time with the team, and joint professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Preschool teaching degree with certification
