If you're a recent graduate, you'll receive an experienced mentor to support you during your first period with us. We are currently seeking a preschool teacher for Lerumsvägen Preschool. We are temporarily located at Fanjunkarens Lycka 3 in Knipared while our preschool undergoes total renovation. By summer, we'll move to a newly renovated and inspiring learning environment where children, educators, and parents can meet in modern and sustainable facilities. Our preschool has a younger and an older department. With the move, Lerumsvägen and Sara's Road preschools will merge into four departments, creating a new whole where we build culture, community, and quality from the start. Qualifications We seek a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and positive role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can grow at their own pace. You can plan, implement, document, and analyze activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have excellent Swedish communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools at work.
