The Role as Preschool Teacher with Us
In this role, you will contribute to a culture where we share knowledge, take collective responsibility, and support each other. You will collaborate with other educators to create a preschool environment characterized by play, curiosity, and joyful learning. Together, you will shape an inspiring and motivating learning environment that follows the curriculum, with the goal of awakening children's creativity and joy of discovery.
Your Profile
We are seeking a person with the right combination of personality and competence.
You are someone who enjoys collaboration and has an accommodating and attentive approach in your interactions. You easily build new working relationships and are good at nurturing existing ones. You take responsibility for your work, are self-driven, and move it forward with a clear focus on goals and results.
You have the ability to prioritize and plan your work effectively. When circumstances change, you adapt quickly and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are initiative-taking and often propose new ideas and working methods that contribute to development. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as required in daily work. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
We are looking for someone who:
- is a qualified preschool teacher
- has experience working in preschool

Our Offer and Additional Information
We offer a fixed-term full-time position until July 3, 2026, with commencement on January 7, 2026, or by agreement.
