Your new job
As an educator, you have an important responsibility to create meaningful teaching that inspires and develops children. You always work based on the preschool's governing documents when planning, implementing, and following up on teaching, to ensure quality and goal fulfillment. Together with your team, you design and develop the teaching to be both structured and flexible. You strive to inspire children through well-planned activities, but you are also attentive to spontaneous opportunities that arise in everyday life – moments that give children the chance to play, explore, and learn naturally. Your goal is for care, development, and learning to form a cohesive whole in daily work, where every child feels secure and has the opportunity to grow.
For you, relationships are a cornerstone. You actively work to create trusting and respectful relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. By stimulating children's development and learning while providing safe care, you aim to contribute to a preschool environment where every child has the best possible conditions to develop.

The Huskvarnaberget Preschool Area is located on the heights of Huskvarna and consists of six preschools: Egnahems Preschool, Eriksbergs Preschool, Fagerslätts Preschool, Klerckerska Villans Preschool, Nordskogens Preschool, and Stensholms Preschool. All preschools are close to forests and nature, which are utilized daily and enrich our education.
Our preschools are meeting places for children, guardians, and staff. Together, we work to ensure that children's time in preschool is fun, developmental, and educational. Our education should be welcoming, playful, and meaningful. Children should be encouraged and given the opportunity to try and explore in a creative and joyful environment. To achieve this, we have a thematic approach where different areas of the curriculum are woven together to create rich and varied content.
Getting to know each child and basing our work on their interests, previous experiences, and needs while connecting to the curriculum creates participation, meaning, and motivation. We strive for an inclusive and interactive atmosphere where each child's confidence in their own abilities can grow, and they leave with a sense of "I can, I want, I dare."
Your qualifications
You are a qualified preschool teacher with a teaching license, or you are nearing the end of your education and look forward to obtaining your license soon. Your work is well-grounded in the preschool's mission and governing documents, providing you with a solid foundation to create a safe and educational environment for children. Experience working in a preschool is advantageous and highly valued, as it provides practical understanding of the operations.
You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, which is important for clear communication with children, colleagues, and guardians. Additionally, you possess basic IT skills that enable you to use digital tools effectively in teaching and documentation.

Before hiring new employees for our teaching positions, we must ensure that there is a valid teaching license. Therefore, we kindly ask you to attach a current teaching license obtained from the Swedish National Agency for Education within the last two months.
