Humlans Preschool is located in the northern part of the city, set in scenic areas close to both the sea and the forest, creating great opportunities to discover and explore nature's changes every day. Together with the children, we actively and consciously work to develop our learning environments. Here, we aim to create inspiring and challenging spaces where children and adults can meet, have fun, and learn both indoors and outdoors. At Humlans Preschool, we offer a well-thought-out program based on the preschool's operational idea.

Based on our children's interests, curiosity, and initiatives, we create processes aimed at development and learning towards the goals. The educators in our preschools work according to a shared model for collegial learning, which, together with the success factors from research, contributes to good job satisfaction and wonderful engagement. In collaboration with the National Agency for Education and universities, we are currently engaged in a three-year project to train all staff in SKUA, language and knowledge-developing working methods, and IKF, Intercultural Approach.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a preschool teacher, you will be engaged and active in the entire educational operation. You will create a safe, educational, and stimulating preschool environment, ensuring that the children's various abilities are recognized and developed. In your role as a preschool teacher, you will maintain and develop good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
You will use pedagogical documentation as a natural tool, and a project-based working method will be part of the teaching. In your profession as a preschool teacher in Oskarshamn municipality, you will lead, plan, document, and evaluate the activities together with the rest of the team, based on the curriculum. You and your colleagues will contribute to ensuring that our children have a fun, safe, and educational time in preschool.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has a preschool teacher degree with the corresponding certification. In addition to the academic requirements, we also consider your personal qualities to be very important. We want you to:
• Have the ability to collaborate, inspire, and spread joy at work
• Have a humble approach where a good view of children and positive interactions are given, "everyone can and wants to"
• Recognize children's different needs and create creative learning environments based on this
• Drive daily work in a structured, quality-conscious, and flexible manner
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
Special educational knowledge is desirable.
