Preschool Teacher at Graniten Preschool – Where Children's Needs Always Come First

Graniten Preschool is seeking an engaged and confident preschool teacher who wants to make a real difference for children – every day.

What You Will Do
- As a preschool teacher, you will lead instruction and be responsible for planning, follow-up, and development together with your team colleagues. You'll have scheduled team planning every week, plus individual planning and reflection time.
- Throughout the academic year, all educators participate in a language development initiative: Early Interventions – Children's Language, Reading, and Writing Development, with a special focus on reading aloud and storytelling.
- You'll become part of a team with four preschool teachers and two childcare workers, distributed across two departments. We also have access to in-house support services and a special education advisor. The preschool has approximately 34 enrolled children, with capacity for up to 36.

* Values good collaboration with parents and wants to build bridges between home and preschool
Your Experience
* Certified preschool teacher
* Good digital competence
* Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
* Good knowledge of preschool governing documents
* Ability to actively contribute to quality assurance of operations
* Respectful approach and intercultural perspective
