Flexibility and innovative thinking are welcomed at the preschool. What You Will Do As a preschool teacher, you want to help develop the preschool's pedagogical activities. As a preschool teacher, you know that children are capable, and you see it as your task to stimulate children to explore and be curious about their world together with others, individually, and together with you as an important co-discoverer. You will work with children aged 1-5 years and, together with the rest of the team, plan, document, implement, and evaluate the preschool's activities. You will work to ensure that the work is in accordance with the curriculum goals and be responsible for conducting the work so that children are given conditions for development and learning. As a preschool teacher, you will start from children's interests, experiences, needs, and opinions. You should take pedagogical responsibility for developing the activities so that children are challenged and stimulated to acquire new skills, experiences, and knowledge. You will contribute to ensuring that the curriculum's fundamental values permeate the activities and to collegial learning. Who You Are We are seeking two innovative, forward-thinking, and creative preschool teachers. (One position will be permanent, and the other a fixed-term position). You who apply are a stable and secure person with a good ability to create trust in your surroundings. You can work independently, are clear, proactive, attentive, and can adapt to children's needs. You work calmly and systematically with a low-affective approach and have a positive and inclusive attitude. Your Experience We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher certification/preschool teacher degree. We place great importance on personal suitability for the work.
