**Qualifications**
We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who can create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can grow at their own pace.
You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.
**Meritorious:**
- Experience working with a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach.
- Experience with project-based and exploratory methods in preschool.
- Good knowledge of pedagogical documentation and the ability to use digital tools to make children's learning processes visible.
- Ability to structure and document your educational work clearly.
