Our preschool is located in a nature-friendly area with both forest and sea within walking distance. We also have a lovely yard that invites play and movement. We work based on relational pedagogy with an instructional approach throughout the day, where care, play, and learning form a whole. **Qualifications** We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who can create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can grow at their own pace. You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.
