About us:
Preschool AB Kolibri has been established since 1997 and consists of two preschools located in the Gideonsberg area and in the city center. For us, the child's play, joyful learning, and the competent child's curiosity are at the forefront. The educators work closely with the children, and we learn together in an open and family-like atmosphere where we blend learning, play, and care into a whole.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a pedagogical university degree with experience in preschool operations
• Has leadership experience
• Is well-versed in the Education Act, Lpfö 18, and other governing documents related to preschool operations and has a good ability to implement these in practice
• Is communicative and clear in your leadership
• Is interested in development issues and has a strategic approach where follow-up and evaluation are familiar and comfortable for you
• Has a clear leadership style with enthusiasm and joy in your work
• Includes and engages colleagues in collaborative learning
• Finds it easy to build good relationships with guardians and other partners
• Has the ability to provide children with a fun, safe, and educational preschool experience as a foundation for lifelong learning
• Has good written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English

Responsibilities:
As a preschool teacher, you will have operational responsibility, which means that you, together with the principal and colleagues, will lead, plan, and drive the pedagogical development of the preschool unit in a quality-conscious manner in accordance with laws, goals, and governing documents. The area of responsibility includes work in the children's group, close contact with guardians, as well as collegial learning and collaboration with other colleagues.

- Required education: Pedagogy and teacher education
- post-secondary education of two years or longer.
