Skogstorp Preschool will move into newly built premises in 2018. Skogstorp Preschool is a preschool where the environment is inspiring and changeable. By working in projects, we explore the world together with the children. In our operations, we use pedagogical documentation as a tool to make children's learning visible. The preschool currently consists of four departments, of which two are for older children.
We are looking for you - preschool teacher, educator with aesthetic knowledge, pedagogista, atelierista who wants to work at a Preschool of our time and help plan and implement a fresh start for Skogstorp Preschool.

We are now seeking someone who wants to work as a preschool teacher at Skogstorp Preschool.
We are seeking someone who sees each child's unique ability, focusing on children's and the organization's development and learning. In the development work, you see the importance of children's learning environments both indoors and outdoors, creative expressions, and the use of pedagogical documentation as a working tool for systematic quality work. You are solution-focused and flexible, working from a relational approach with a belief that we as staff create the conditions for children to succeed.
We are looking for someone with a will, commitment, and responsibility to plan, implement, document, and develop pedagogical work in collaboration with the team. You have an interest in research and consciously work to develop the preschool based on proven methods and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with a preschool teaching certification.
Experience and knowledge in autism and the NPF spectrum is meritorious.
As a person, you are engaged, structured, and communicative. You have a will, commitment, and take responsibility for planning, implementing, and working with pedagogical documentation, project-oriented approaches, and developing pedagogical work in collaboration with the team.
You have good digital skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
