Bärnstenen Preschool is our newly built preschool in Färjestaden, which started in August 2020. The preschool is located in a sustainable location with nature as its neighbor. We have made conscious choices in our purchases and the design of the facilities. Rainwater is collected in an underground container that the children can use, and a grill cabin in the forest are just some of the available features. The facilities promote collaboration, and we work in three collaborative teams where we help each other and share responsibility for the children. Collaboration, attentiveness, and flexibility are important.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a substitute licensed preschool teacher for Bärnstenen Preschool in Mörbylånga Municipality.
As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for leading, planning, documenting, and evaluating the operation together with the rest of the team. You develop and design the pedagogical activities with your colleagues so that all children can develop their best selves. You work together with the team and other colleagues at the preschool to create a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children. We start from each child's ability to develop, where you strengthen the child by listening, supporting, and encouraging.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply should have a preschool teacher degree and certification.
