Strandängen Preschool Strandängen Preschool is located near Lake Barken and is close to forests, water, and meadows. There are also lighted trails and sports areas nearby. The preschool has 8 departments: Svanen, Måsen, Snigeln, Nyponrosen, Violen, Tranan, Grodan, and Myggan. The Tranan department is certified in "Ur och Skur" (outdoor education), and the preschool has a well-equipped kitchen. The playground is challenging with play equipment, forest environments, bike paths, sandboxes, and water play. Adjacent to the preschool is a deciduous forest area with a barbecue spot and pavilion. The surrounding area includes the forest and lighted trails that enhance play opportunities during outdoor activities. We aim to create a sense of community among us at the preschool and have recurring joint activities. Job Responsibilities We are a wonderful group of children looking for you! You will: - Build good relationships with all children and promote good cooperation with children, guardians, and colleagues. - Work in a team with preschool teachers, childcare workers, and special educators. - Collaborate with the team to ensure that each child develops as far as possible in relation to the goals in the curriculum, Lpfö18. - The teams have shared planning time each week. - Preschool teachers and childcare workers also have their own pedagogical development time each week. - Other tasks may arise, and the content and conditions of the work may change over time. Qualifications - You are a licensed preschool teacher with experience working in preschool and the ability to work with both older and younger children. - You drive and develop the operations and are professional in your interactions with our children, their guardians, and colleagues. Personal Attributes - You should be cheerful, positive, and passionate about your profession. - A desire to develop and learn new things is a requirement for us, as is being flexible and solution-focused. - We are looking for someone who can create a creative and learning environment for our children. - You are collaborative, flexible, responsible, pedagogical, and structured.
