Bumerangen Preschool is centrally located in Varberg but has nature just around the corner. The Brunnsberg forest area stretches out right outside our fence, and our large yard is framed by tall pines that provide pleasant shade on sunny days. The yard is divided into four zones, which gives us fantastic opportunities to conduct outdoor teaching in small groups. The preschool consists of six departments: three for younger children and three for older children. We have a shared dining hall where all children eat, creating a sense of community and belonging. All departments have access to three inspiring ateliers, and on the second floor is our shared space, "Upper Square", where teaching focuses on technical skills and role-play. DUTIES We are seeking an engaged preschool teacher who wants to make a difference - every day At Bumerangen Preschool, we are looking for someone who is a present and curious preschool teacher with genuine commitment to children's learning and development. You have a strong child focus and are driven to create meaningful teaching based on children's interests, in line with curriculum goals. You are an important part of shaping inspiring learning environments and developing pedagogical processes where teaching becomes clear and vibrant. Together with colleagues, you actively work to strengthen our relational competence - we believe that every encounter with children makes a difference, and that our understanding of their experiences and life situations is crucial for creating safety and learning. With us, you are a co-researcher, present and active in children's play and learning. You give each child the opportunity to grow based on their unique conditions. We value flexibility and cooperation - here we help and support each other in everyday life. Of course, we work based on the curriculum and Education Act, but we also know that joy, security, and work pleasure are equally important ingredients in a successful preschool. In interactions with guardians, you are confident, attentive, and professional. Bumerangen is a multicultural preschool, and we welcome experience with language and knowledge-developing approaches. If you also have multilingual skills, that's a big plus! QUALIFICATIONS Preschool teacher education with preschool teacher certification.
