Description Hällefors Municipality is seeking three committed preschool teachers for our newly built preschools Lärkan 3 and Lärkan 1. We work with an exploratory and play-based pedagogical approach, where children's interests, curiosity, and needs are always at the center. Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you will: - Plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate pedagogical work for children together with other educators. - Lead goal-oriented processes in teaching based on governing documents. - Create a pedagogical environment that promotes children's curiosity and exploration. - Work closely with colleagues to develop teaching and ensure a safe, educational environment. Build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Has a preschool teaching certification or is in the final semester of a preschool teaching program. - Is well-versed in Lpfö 18 and has a great interest in pedagogical work with children. - Is positive, flexible, and engaged, and sees learning and care as fundamental values in preschool. - Values diversity and encounters between different languages, cultures, and people. - If no qualified candidates are found, the employer will consider hiring an unqualified candidate deemed suitable for the position, on a time-limited basis according to the Education Act. Meritorious - Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach to learning and philosophy, and knowledge of language and knowledge-developing working methods. Terms The positions include four permanent 100% positions (one at Lärkan 3 and three at Lärkan 1) and a 100% temporary position at Lärkan 1 until June 2026. Start date is by agreement, with great emphasis on personal suitability. Interviews will be conducted continuously, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
