The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, primary school, after-school centers, high school, adult education, and child and student health. Approximately 1,100 employees work here, creating a safe and developing school and childcare environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Together with your colleagues at Svartes Preschool, you will contribute to a positive, meaningful, and developing environment. You can apply aesthetic forms of expression in daily life to support children's development and are creative in creating opportunities for playful learning and exploration. We are seeking someone who can motivate and create engagement while being a secure and clear leader. In your work, you will have a clear child focus, recognize the competent child, be engaged in pedagogical development work, and see opportunities. You are flexible in collaboration and have a solution-oriented approach. Naturally, you have a positive attitude and are communicative, working to build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. The job includes planning, implementing, and evaluating preschool instruction based on curriculum and other guiding documents, together with your colleagues and deputy principal. You take responsibility for your own learning because you know it is one of the key success factors in making a real difference. Therefore, it is self-evident that you follow up and reflect on your own teaching. You easily create an overview and order in daily life and enjoy working with scheduling and planning. QUALIFICATIONS You must have a preschool teacher degree and preschool teacher certification. You have experience with project-based work methods, pedagogical documentation, and systematic quality work. Our current focus areas are language development and outdoor pedagogy, so good experience in these areas is a strong qualification. In your professional role, you are curious, responsible, and structured with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively. We are seeking someone with good structure and an eye for planning. You easily create an overview and order in daily life and enjoy working with scheduling and planning. You contribute clarity and systematization to the team and preferably have experience planning operational flows based on children's needs and staff competencies.
