Subject to necessary decisions being made, we are looking for two preschool teachers for Ängslyckan preschool in Ås. With us, each team has shared planning during the day, allowing educators from other departments to take over the work in the classroom. In addition, educators have individual planning time each week. We also have the advantage of having forests and meadows in the vicinity, which provides excellent opportunities for learning in nature. You are flexible and consider the needs of the entire organization. You are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as documentation is carried out on a digital platform. Knowledge of diabetes is a merit. **About the Role** As a preschool teacher, you will work together with the team to: - Develop education based on applicable governing documents. - Capture children's questions, thoughts, and ideas and create projects that may be short-term or long-term. - Adapt teaching, approaches, and the learning environment to stimulate children's learning and development. **Qualifications** We are looking for you who: - Are a licensed preschool teacher. - Have interest, curiosity, and commitment to children's development and a desire to drive the organization forward. - Work systematically and structured to adapt the educational, physical, and social environment in relation to children's learning together with the team. - Have experience in preschool teaching and working with pedagogical documentation, using it to make methods and learning processes visible and reflect on them. - Understand that you influence and make a difference for those you meet, both children and adults, through your relational approach. - Find joy in being curious about the world, discovering, and learning together with our future – the children. - Have a value foundation based on the equal worth of all individuals. - Contribute to joy, are open to dialogue, and are loyal to tasks and decisions made.
