RESPONSIBILITIES To work at Parkängen Preschool, you are an unpretentious, curious, and positive educator who builds relationships in teaching and learns new things with and from children and colleagues. You recognize children's competencies and follow them on a journey of exploratory learning where each child's needs guide the instruction. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who: •Is a certified preschool/elementary teacher specialized in early childhood education •Can contribute to Parkängen's continued development •Is attentive and able to recognize each child's individual needs and conditions •Is an engaged educator with good collaboration skills and a positive approach •Wants to create inviting, inspiring, and adaptable learning environments •Is positive and eager to learn, who both inspires and is inspired by colleagues •Wants to work with pedagogical documentation and collegial learning •Has good work structure, takes personal responsibility, and is goal-oriented ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We who work in Marks municipality collectively develop our collaborative culture by being engaged, considerate, and developmental, for the long-term benefit of individuals and society.
