About the Role: As a Sales Leader, you are a key person in the store's daily operations. You lead a specific area of responsibility – such as fruits & vegetables, online, or product flow – and drive sales, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives. You will work closely with sales managers and store manager, and help shape the store's results through: • Creating the best customer experience with food joy, inspiration, and world-class service. • Coaching employees within your area towards shared goals. • Initiating and driving improvements that strengthen profitability and efficiency. • Ensuring routines and contributing to a safe and pleasant work environment. • Actively working with sustainability – both in product range and daily operations.
