We want you, together with your colleagues, to create a vibrant Fruit/Vegetable and Flower department of the highest standard that elevates the store to the next level.
We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables regarding storage and handling, as well as nutritional content and uses. We also see that you have previous experience managing a store department and possess a clear ability to sense, identify, and meet customer needs. All of this is aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and building future loyalty towards the store.
In your role as Sales Leader for Fruits/Vegetables and Flowers, you will provide our customers with an attractive and inviting department every day of the week. You and your team will work together to create upselling opportunities and inspire customers to enjoy their shopping experience through a well-planned department with high sales pressure.

It is important to us that you have solid experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve common goals and create a positive work environment. In your role, you will be responsible for orders and supplier contacts. You are a skilled problem-solver. You will monitor sales against budget, actively work to reduce physical damage and waste, and ensure that the department has clear routines and guidelines. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are adept at handling stressful situations.
This position is a permanent full-time employment (38.25 hours/week) with a desired start date as agreed. Working hours vary but are primarily during the day. Evening and weekend work may occur. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We apply a probationary period.

- Previous experience working with Fruits and/or Vegetables is a requirement.
- Previous experience in retail or grocery is a requirement.
- Completed Leadership Training is highly meritorious.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
- Completed secondary education is a requirement.
