About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager who wants to take a holistic approach to our sales function. The role is both strategic and operational – you will lead and develop the team, but can also take personal sales responsibility if the team is below budget.
You will have the opportunity to:
• Develop sales strategy and processes, set goals and KPIs, and follow up on results.
• Build, coach, and develop the team with a focus on commitment, accountability, and long-term team spirit.
• Take operational responsibility and sell personally when needed, which is seen as a natural part of the role.
• Optimize CRM and workflows (we use Upsales, but experience with other systems is also valuable).
• Contribute to future business areas and partnerships in consultation with the CEO.
About You
• At least three years of documented experience in practical personnel management.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where you can both lead and be hands-on.
• Social and unpretentious, building culture, engagement, and team spirit.
• Structured and data-driven, but also flexible and ready to act when the situation requires.
