We are now seeking a Sales Manager - a key role for our future development!
What is your mission as Sales Manager?
This is an amazing time to become part of Thomée Gruppen. We have a clear ambition to grow and develop, and you'll play a key role in shaping the future with us. You'll work closely with CEO Lena Martini and be part of the management team. Your sales team consists of 3 Key Account Managers, 1 coordinator, and 10 sales representatives across Sweden.
Your mission is to lead and develop the sales team, drive and develop the business, and build strong customer relationships. Your commercial focus is inspiring, and your leadership is characterized by both business acumen and care.
The role includes:
• Working closely with our customers, sales team, and other commercial functions to create profitable growth
• Leading and developing the sales team towards set goals
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing customer strategies
• Ensuring our offerings are competitive and relevant
• Following up on sales results and working data-driven to improve
• Collaborating with other functions in the organization

Requirements for the role:
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction supplies or a related industry
• Experience with strategic sales work and follow-up
• Experience leading and developing teams
