We are seeking an individual who has what it takes to lead our successful sales team.
As Sales Manager at MidSale Consulting, you will be responsible for driving sales, training and coaching staff, and ensuring structure and results. You will lead a team working with outreach sales to private individuals, with your main task being to continuously improve each salesperson's performance and ensure the team meets its monthly budget.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a natural drive and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
- Has analytical skills to make decisions that lead to better results
- Can be energetic and cheerful while also being direct and clear when needed
- Is pedagogical and can communicate clearly
- Is fluent in Swedish
