**About the Position**
The grocery department is the hub of the store and a place where everything happens. Here, customers get their first impression of order, accessibility, and pace. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee the overall operations. You are responsible for the daily operations, budget, and staff, leading the department's sales leaders and team. You create structure, ensure that the department is well-stocked and inspiring, and drive improvements that enhance both sales and the work environment. The role is closely tied to the operations and is based on collaboration and a willingness to work in a team. You will be part of the management team, contributing to the store's strategic planning and business goals.

You take responsibility, maintain the overall picture, and create clear routines that make the work sustainable. You need to be able to make confident decisions, pay attention to details without losing perspective, and foster joy in the team. The role requires both structure and flexibility.
**We Prefer That You Have:**
- Experience in a leadership role in a larger store, preferably within the grocery sector
- Strong communication skills and an inclusive leadership style
- Strength in structure, planning, and managing multiple processes simultaneously
- Good knowledge of sales, staffing, and store economics
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English
- Completed upper secondary school diploma
**It Is Meritorious If You Have:**
- Education through ICA School as BLU, LU, or FLU or training in effective store operations
- Experience with ICA's store systems, such as Min butik, AoB, and StoreOffice
- Knowledge of LEAN or improvement work
The position is full-time, permanent, with a six-month probationary period.
Desired start date is negotiable.
Working hours are varied and include weekend work. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
