About this role

Do you want to lead sales in a growing and well-respected company within the hunting, shooting, and outdoor segment? At Fondprodukter, you will play a key role where you combine operational presence with strategic leadership and long-term business management. **About the Position** As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving a modern, structured, and results-oriented sales organization. You will act as the CEO's extended arm in sales matters and ensure that the team works efficiently, commercially, and with clear direction. You will lead both field and inside sales, create order and follow-up in processes and routines, and build a high-performing sales team that shares experiences and achieves their goals together. The role also involves customer and field visits, major account work, campaign planning, as well as implementing and driving the use of CRM. Travel is required as you engage in events, trade shows, and other sales activities, as well as conduct joint customer visits with field sales representatives. The position is based in our modern offices in Karlstad. **About You** You are a confident and clear leader who inspires, supports, and sets high expectations. You have experience leading B2B sales teams and thrive in a role where structure, follow-up, and business focus are crucial for success. You are motivated by being in a culture characterized by accountability, positive energy, and long-term customer relationships. **We expect you to have:** - Leadership experience from field sales or B2B sales organization - Proven ability to create structure, routines, and follow-up - Experience driving sales teams towards clear goals - Good financial understanding (budget, contribution margin, margins) - Strong negotiation skills and business acumen - Familiarity with systems and experience with CRM/ERP – preferably Pyramid - A valid driver's license (B) **It is a plus if you:** - Have experience from the hunting, shooting, sports, or outdoor industry - Have worked with retailers, chains, or major accounts - Have experience in a seasonally driven business with a broad product portfolio - Have experience in Nordic sales **As a person, you are:** A relationship-building leader who enjoys engaging with both customers and employees.
