As the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a central role in driving and developing Careco's marketing and sales efforts, primarily in collaboration with architects, construction companies, and property developers. You will lead and coach a team of twelve Key Account Managers and sales/project leaders and report directly to the CEO. The headquarters is located in Osby (with some possibility of working from Malmö).
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Developing Careco's marketing and brand building, both digitally and through collaborations with architects, construction companies, and property developers
• Creating routines for tracking quotes and projects in the business system Monitor
• Setting up KPIs and continuously evaluating new working methods
• Ensuring high quality in public procurement and follow-ups
• Participating and contributing in the management team
Who are you?

You enjoy driving processes forward and ensuring that tasks are completed according to set goals and requirements.
We would like you to have:
• Experience in marketing/sales responsibility and project-oriented sales work, preferably within construction
• Created effective routines for tracking quotes and pricing
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, as well as various business systems (we use Monitor)
• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience
