In Your Role as a Sales Associate Work in the store is varied, and during a workday you will meet customers, work the cash register, manage inventory, and stock shelves. Together we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant customer interactions characterize work with us. We Are Seeking Someone Who: • Is at least 20 years old to serve our customers • Has strong social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience • Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing • Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to achieving our collective goals • Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude toward learning, and an interest in opportunities created by modern digital tools • Has a high school or vocational education Experience in retail, service industry, and/or food and beverage is considered an advantage.
