We are now seeking a sales associate for a temporary position at our store in Kumla who wants to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. At our company, service and care for people and the environment are always our focus.
The position is a temporary assignment from December 1st, 2025 to December 31st, 2025, and you will work 5-8 hours per day, 2-3 days per week, which corresponds to a 60% position.
In Your Role as a Sales Associate
Store work is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, work in the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. This position primarily involves product picking and customer host duties.
As a sales associate, you are Systembolaget's face to the outside world. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant encounters characterize work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the customer interaction that we become Systembolaget.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Is at least 20 years old to interact with customers who are legally allowed to purchase.
• Has strong social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varied hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing.
• Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to achieving our shared goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Has a high school or vocational education.
Experience in retail, service industry, and/or food and beverage is considered an advantage.
