The position is temporary from December 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. There is a possibility for extension throughout the spring and summer. In your role as a salesperson with us Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, operate the cash register, work in the stockroom, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast-paced environment, and pleasant interactions characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we achieve results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget. We are looking for someone who: • Is of age (at least 20 years old) to serve customers who can shop with us. • Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience. • Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing. • Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals. • Has a flexible approach, a curious mindset for learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create. • Has a high school diploma or vocational training. Experience in retail, working in a service role, and/or with food and beverages is a plus.
