Sales Representative for Hyltebruk (Temporary Position)

The position is a temporary assignment during the period 2025-12-15 - 2025-12-31, and you will work 3-4 hours per day, two days per week. In Your Role as Sales Associate Store work is varied, and during a workday you will meet customers, work at the cash register, work in the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together we keep our premises clean and tidy. This position primarily involves tasks such as product picking, cashier work, and customer hosting. As a sales associate, you are Systembolaget's face to the public. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant encounters characterize work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the customer interaction that we become Systembolaget. We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Is of legal age (20 years or older) to serve customers. • Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience. • Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing. • Likes to collaborate and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals. • Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools. • Has a high school or vocational education.
