This is a fixed-term position from December 1, 2025, to January 11, 2026. In your role as a salesperson with us Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, operate the cash register, work in the stockroom, and restock items on our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast-paced environment, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we achieve results together. It is in the interaction with customers that we become Systembolaget. We are looking for someone who • Is of age (at least 20 years old) to serve customers who are allowed to shop with us. • Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience. • Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing. • Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals. • Has a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create. • Has a high school diploma or vocational training. It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and beverages.
