Sales Representative (Pool) for Storheden Luleå

The role is full-time and ongoing, with weekly working hours that may vary. In your role as a sales associate (poolare) As a sales associate, you will be part of a resource pool covering short-term absences in a cluster of nearby stores: Storgatan, Piteå, Kalix, Älvsbyn, Skutviken. This means working 3 days per week in your home store and 2 days supporting other stores, for example, during illness or parental leave. You are Systembolaget's face to the public. Strong team spirit, high pace, and pleasant encounters characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the customer interaction that we become Systembolaget. Store work is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work the cash register, manage the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who: • Is at least 20 years old to interact with customers who can make purchases. • Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience. • Contributes to store development by sharing knowledge between stores. • Can work varied hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing. • Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to achieving shared goals. • Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning, and an interest in opportunities created by modern digital tools. • Has a high school or vocational education. Experience in retail, service industry, and/or food and beverage is advantageous. A B driver's license is beneficial, depending on distances within the cluster.
