This is a temporary position from December 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. In Your Role as a Sales Associate Store work is diverse, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, manage the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant encounters characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the customer interaction where we become Systembolaget. We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Is at least 20 years old to serve customers who are legally allowed to purchase alcohol. • Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience. • Can work varied hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing. • Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to achieving our shared goals. • Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning, and an interest in opportunities created by modern digital tools. • Has a high school or vocational education. Experience in retail, service industries, and/or food and beverage is considered an advantage.
